A rhythm-based, neuro-informed creative experience for children ages 1–6 and their caregivers. Not a craft class. A co-regulation experience — where movement, art, and connection build the brain.

Where your child's brain and body find their rhythm.
The Rhythm Room is an in-person, 45-minute session experience where children ages 1–6 and their caregivers come together to create, move, and connect — all through rhythm-based, neuro-informed art activities designed by Dr. Shanelle Bolton.
Every session is grounded in the R.H.Y.T.H.M.™ Framework and draws from three bodies of developmental science: rhythmic movement art, sensory integration art, and neurographic drawing. This is not a craft class. It is a co-regulation experience — one that builds the caregiver-child relationship while developing foundational brain systems.
- 45-minute sessions with caregiver and child together
- Three age-differentiated tracks in each session block
- Facilitated by Dr. Shanelle Bolton, EdD, MST, MLS
- Maximum 25 families per session — intentionally small
- Saturday mornings, three times per month
- All materials provided — just show up
- Rhythmic Movement Art Using beat, tempo, and body movement to activate bilateral neural pathways — for all ages.
- Sensory Integration Art Tactile, proprioceptive, and multi-sensory creative experiences — especially powerful for ages 1–5.
- Neurographic Drawing Flowing continuous lines, rounding intersections, and color filling — a meditative practice adapted for ages 5–6, with simplified principles for ages 4–5.
Three tracks. One Saturday morning.
Little Rhythms
Sensory-rich, movement-based activities grounded in rhythmic art and sensory integration. Every activity is designed for toddlers and their caregivers to experience together — building connection while building the brain.
Rising Rhythms
A bridge between sensory exploration and intentional creativity. Activities develop fine motor precision, bilateral coordination, and emotional expression — with simplified neurographic principles introduced at this stage.
Leading Rhythms
The most cognitively rich track — introducing authentic neurographic drawing alongside rhythmic and sensory work. Designed to build focus, spatial reasoning, and meditative creative practice in early childhood.
All age ranges are approximate. Every child develops at their own pace — track placement is assessed at enrollment.
