Let’s Meet

If you feel stressed, stuck, frustrated or constantly in “survival or panic mode” but don't know the next step and need assistance, you can book a 30-minute “Get To Know Me” session with me.

This is a no-obligation session, and I will give you a brief introduction to me, my mentorship methods and process.

You will have time to share your current challenges and ask any questions you may have. Also, if time allows, we can start exploring your goals for our work together.

The cost of this session is $25 and will be applied to any coaching/consulting packages booked with me.

My Approach

With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and triumphs within ALL THINGS EARLY CHILDHOOD, I am committed to supporting my clients to achieve their aims and their fullest potential. A part of my success in doing this is outlined below in my three-pronged approach:

PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT

I believe in empowering my clients to unlock their full capabilities. Through personalized coaching sessions, I help parents, parents-to-be, and professionals identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and develop the confidence to navigate the complexities of Early Childhood effectively.

CLARITY-DRIVEN STRATEGIES

My approach is centered on clarity and focus. I work closely with clients to clarify their goals and priorities, offering tailored strategies and actionable steps to achieve them. By providing clear guidance and direction, I ensure that my clients stay on track and make progress towards their objectives.

PROGRESSIVE GROWTH

I am committed to driving continuous growth and improvement. Through ongoing support and collaboration, I help my clients implement innovative practices, stay abreast of emerging trends, and adapt to evolving needs in the Early Childhood landscape. My goal is to facilitate lasting positive change and success in every client I serve.

  • So glad you’re interested! You can read more about my story and experience here!

  • The processes of coaching and consulting are two distinct approaches used to support individuals or organizations in achieving their goals.

In essence, coaching primarily focuses on guiding individuals or groups to unlock their potential, develop skills, and achieve personal or professional objectives through asking questions and facilitating self-discovery. Consulting, on the other hand, involves offering expert advice, solutions, and specific recommendations to address clients' challenges or problems based on the consultant's specialized knowledge and experience.

In my practice, I generally apply a combination of both approaches, leaning more towards coaching with families and individuals, and more towards consulting with organizations and businesses. However, the preferred approach for my sessions is the one that my clients and I make jointly based on our aims for our time together.

  • In short…EVERYONE!

I am excited to work with parents-to-be on their journeys, parents and caregivers seeking assistance with the children in their lives, and students and educators seeking support within the Early Childhood profession.

As long as you’re willing to be an active participant, we can work together!

  • The cost of an exploratory "Get to Know Me" session is $25. This cost can be applied to the purchase of any package or group.

Specific prices are discussed during our “Get to Know Me” call and can be paid via PayPal or credit card prior to our first meeting.

Presently, I do not accept insurance and my services do not qualify for a billable code that is required by most insurance companies. However, I am happy to provide you with a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company for any possible reimbursement.

Your Health Savings Accounts may reimburse Parent Coaching and/or Group Coaching sessions. So, please inquire with your HSA/FSA when scheduling a coaching session.

Lastly, I realize that the cost of coaching may make it challenging for some to participate. I am committed to helping clients be successful and I am willing to work with you to make it possible. Reduced fees are available on a rolling, but limited basis. Please speak with me during our “Get to Know Me” session or contact me to discuss this in more detail.

  • I’ve learned a lot over my career and a couple of things stand out.

Firstly, a one-hour session is not enough time to make significant changes. The initial session is learning more about you and your history. Identifying patterns and talking through challenging situations takes more time. Therefore, one session does not leave much time for strategy and planning.

Secondly, clients who meet consistently see better results. It may be because they have prioritized making time to talk about their concerns or issues. Or, it may just be that making significant changes takes some time to establish.

However, after we have fostered a relationship and clients have completed a session package, they do have the option to purchase a single session “check-in”.

  • No, my services are international. As long as you have video conferencing access, we can work together!

  • Presently, I only offer “face-to-face” sessions via video conferencing.

Meeting each other this way allows me to support a wider population and simultaneously make space for deeper conversations with those clients. Being able to read body language and notice non-verbal cues -even via video chat-, can help us feel connected, heard, and understood.
